We recommend Bluehost.com - PowerSeek will run on most hosting accounts that provides you with access to a MySQL database. You can also look for a hosting company at HostIndex.com
Note that for Perl or PHP scripts we normally strongly recommend a Linux based hosting account.
Before choosing a host make sure that the hosting plan you choose meets the requirements to run PowerSeek.
