Question: How do I change a standard link to be a premium link from the PowerSeek Control Panel?

Answer: To do that locate the link inside the PowerSeek Control Panel. You can locate the link by clicking the ‘Dir Manager’ tab or by searching for it when inside the ‘Dir Manager’.

When you located the standard link which you would like to change to a premium link then edit the link. When editing the standard link assign a value in the ‘Premium Position’ field to make it a premium link. You can give the premium link any valid numerical number. If you have more than one premium link in the same category, the premium link values will determine which premium links are displayed first. The premium link with the highest value (number) will be displayed first and the premium link with the second highest value will be displayed second, etc. You can also assign an expiry date to the premium link so that if this date is reached that it will expire and turn into a standard link.

Premium links that has no expiry date will stay premium links permanently.
To change a premium link so that it is not a premium link anymore, edit the premium link from the control panel. Then assign a premium value of 0 (zero) to the link’s 'Premium Position' field. After this the premium link will be regarded as a normal link.
