Question: Everything worked but when I customized my templates a lot of things stopped working.

Answer: In the event where things are not working as they should after editing a template, you can restore the default template or templates that came with PowerSeek to get everything back to working order.

To restore the default templates of PowerSeek go to the Template Manager in the Control Panel. Edit the template that you have problems with from the template manager. Click the 'Restore Default' button instead of saving the template and the factory default template will be restored. After doing this the problem will be solved and you can re-customize the template.
