Question: When I try to configure the backup utility to use mysqldump, I receive the following errors:

I tried to locate mysqldump but could not find it.
I tried to locate the mysql program but could not find it.

Answer: The script tries to locate the full server paths to the mysqldump program and the mysql client program. These programs are used by PowerSeek to backup and restore data. If the configure script could not locate these programs, you will need to contact your host for the full server paths to the mysqldump program and mysql client program. Explain to your host that you will need the full server paths to these programs to backup and restore the contents of your database.
