Question: I would like to know if the payment for the ActivDesk is one time payment or annual payment?

Answer: You need to pay only once. In the future we may have major upgrades. (with many extras and new features) This will normally happen once a year or once every two years. In this event there might be a nominal upgrade fee. You are still welcome to use the old version for as long as you want.
