Answer: All HTML or text displayed to your visitors are customizable via HTML templates or skins. If you can edit web pages you can edit the templates as they are ordinary HTML files. Every aspect of what your visitors see when they use your Support Desk is fully customizable. This means that all link displays, all layouts and all text used are 100% customizable.
