Hi,

I have edited my site template and changed most colors either by code in the body tag or via the settings in admin. However, I can't work out how to edit the text color contained within

!!netboard!!

for postings. The body tag text color carries over. If I make my text in the body tag white - it beocmes white in the postings. As I want to have different colors - the white text in the posted area of the

!!netboard!!

tables is inappropriate. I can't find where this is changed within the settings.

Any help would be appreciated. If I can't do this the whole board color has to change.

Many thanks
Cheers

Go to the control panel and click on the settings button.

There you can change most of the colors used in tables, font colors, etc...

Column Color 1 and 2 is used to display body text in. If the font color are going to be white, change this to black or a dark color.

The best would probably be to experiment with it until you have what you are looking for. You can also use style sheets in the templates, that will override some font and color settings.

Hi Miles,

Thankyou for your response.

I actually want text color in column 1 and 2 to be black - but text outside of the forum data table white. I thought that there might be an existing file with the styles in it which could be changed manually.

I'll investigate the style sheet but no good if I can't apply the style with a class within the netboard table.

Val

Many thanks

The idea is basically to have 2 table colors. One for light text and one for dark text - or vice versa, depending on the background colors you are using.

I think style sheets should do want you want to do.
