	Having same problem as person below. Downloaded and installed again with same result. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

	Try re-downloading the .zip file. Extract setup.cgi and replace over your existing setup.cgi - After that rerun setup.cgi and go through the steps untill it says that the setup is completed.
