hello guys, glad to see the forums back , it may have been back for a while but i havnt been visiting lately.
are there plans to have piping of emails and gathering of emails from pop3 accounts say every 10 mins from a cron task planned.
i currently use kayako and it imports emails from several accounts every 10 mins into the support desk.
are you planning on doing anything like this?
Kind regards
Carl

Many thanks.
I do find in general when using several sites that piping is a pain to get right, however setting a cron and grabbing emails from set inboxes works well for me.
i did purchase the current version but as of yet i am holding back on using it in real situations mainly due to the email situation.
could you give an idea of the time involved for this update?
Many thanks
Kind Regards
carl
