ActivDesk Ver 2.0 has been released! Below is a list of the new features and fixes:
- A new look and feel has been implemented for the Administration Control
Panel.
- When a ticket did not exist a blank ticket would display when entering
it from the Admin Control Panel. A message will now display that the
ticket could not be found.
- When viewing a ticket the last 5 tickets subjects are now displayed from
the Admin Control Panel. When clicked these tickets can be viewed.
- Under the 'Home' tab there are now web site integration instructions
to make it easier for new users to integrate ActivDesk with their
existing web site.
- A new set of default templates has been created to ease template editing
for new users.
- Template preview functions has been included when editing templates.
The section where templates can be edited from has also been restructured
to make it easier to edit templates.
- setup.cgi will now try to determine installation paths to ease installation
of ActivDesk.
- There was a bug when new categories was added regarding Auto Responders.
When an autoresponder was added when adding a category it would not be
enabled. This has been fixed.
