Ok, Thank you for showing how to have two diffferent functions in the addurl page so admins can have a premium listing option and a regular option.
I would like to know, is there any way of having premium listing go a different folder such as premium new submissions for example.

Not at this point in time. Ver 2.0 has built in support for premium listings which makes it easy to track down premium listings.
