In 1.60 beta, you can as a user post a review. And after a submission from the webmaster and you can see the review.
How to change in: When somebody add's a review you must see it directly. Not first submitted by the admin.
I know it is possible but how?

The webmaster must first approve the review for it to be visible in the directory.

I know that, but I don't want to approve it. It must show directly on the page
I mean what do i change in the cgi script which line(s)?

Unfortunatly this option is not available at present but something like this might be available in future.
Reviews are added from the control panel to another file making it impossible to change a line of code. You will have to write code inside review_it.cgi to add a review automatically.
Reviews are added to a que and when approved added to the category/directory where category links are stored.
