For some reason the "Rate it" and "Comments" functions on my website are not working. I am getting the following error "Top : Searching For '' - Found 0 Matches No listings matched your keyword(s) ". Can anyone help?

It sounds as if links to the 'rate it' and 'comments' variables inside the 'links style' template has a problem.

To correct this go to the control panel >> template manager >> Now edit the template called: 'Directory Links Style'

Where the 'Rate it' and 'Comments' links should be place the following:

%%rateit%% | %%reviews%%

%%rateit%% will be replaced by the text 'rate it' and it will be linked.

%%reviews%% will be replaced by text 'Comments' and it will be linked.

Gerrit,

I looked at the html in the Directory Links Style and here is what I found: I am having to put the html in quotes to make sure it gets posted.

Hi David,

I see that 'tsearch.cgi' is in the same page that you refer which appears to be redundant as you have no search box in there?

Remove the form tag that refers to tsearch.cgi.

Should work fine then

Rik,
I actually want to add a search box but just haven't done it yet. With that in mind should I still remove the 'tsearch.cgi' tags?
Thanks,
Dave

David,

We can look at your installation if you would like that to see what is occurring. If you would like that then open a support ticket here:
