I have added some fields in the add_url.html file and they show up when I preview them but they don't show up when I actually run it. Is there another place they need to be added? Below is the Html (the field I am trying to get to work is "street").

Remember that you need to add the fill-in boxes inside the scope of the HTML
<FORM> tags.
