non latin characters (chinese, arabic, hebrew, ...) are not supported by Turbo Seek, so I remove some of the url submissions. Do you think it will in the future? Thank's.

Not at this point in time. We will likely be adding support for this with PowerSeek SQL in coming versions of PowerSeek SQL.
