The search results template uses %%description%% to put the link to the results sites in the display page, how can I modify %%description%% to open links in a new window?

If you link directly from the description to other sites (with HTML I suppose) the link in the description will have to look something like this:
<a href="http://somwehere.com" target="_blank">Link</a>
