| I installed the software, set the proper files to 755 & one to 777. When I try to setup Turbo Seek, I get the error message that configure.cgi is not writable. However it is. How do I get past this so I can get into the control panel? |

It has likely something to do with your hosting setup where it won't read anything from the location where the scripts reside. (The Perl CGI environment is likely not standard)
Due to this you won't be able to install Turbo Seek on the existing host. If you have access to another host or hosting account then it may work as it should. This is a very rare occurrance but this usually occurs on hosting accounts that is very restrictive regarding scripts. With such hosts you'll normally not be able to install high powered scripts due to the hosting setup for CGI scripts not being standard.
