Topic: Will PowerSeek SQL Work On Yahoo Web Hosting? |

I ask because previously I tried to install a PHP Directory Script into my account at Yahoo web hosting and found out it would not work because Yahoo web hosting does not have .htaccess available to access. So I had to find a Linux or Unix server that would host my PHP Directory Script.
I know I have mysql at Yahoo web hosting and Powerseek SQL should work with that.
Does PowerSeek SQL have the .htaccess file that I do not need to install on Yahoo web hosting? If it doesn't, then it should work on Yahoo web hosting.
Please someone, let me know.

I don't know anything about Yahoo hosting, so I cannot answer your question about them specifically. Not sure why you got the idea that an .htaccess file is necessary. My server doesn't use them and I host a number of PowerSeek sites.
I can help you set it up if you wish. Let me know.
