HI,
With the upgrade to 3.2.2 sometimes it happens that during some minutes users cannot surf through the (dynamic) database pages. Even without having done a real search by the search button. During these minutes the backside is working well.
It appears they went to fast trough the pages. But 'quickly goiing back' happens often.
I think the new function 'flood control' has something to do with. But this should only work using the search button... (?) And even with flood control 'off' it happend to me to be blocked a certain time.
Any suggestion how to prevent?

Hi Bert,
You can configure the 'flood' control option to not be as strict. The default setting is that when a unique IP address loads 30 scripts (script executions) within 30 seconds that it will block the IP for 10 minutes. To make this less strict go to the control panel >> plugins >> Spambot Disabler Ver: 1.0
Set the 'Script loads in 30 seconds?' setting to 60 or more.
This functionality is there to block spam bots or unfriendly crawlers loading hundreds of pages in seconds. It will also block denial of service attacks, etc..
