Gerrit, you never get back to me with your thoughts about converting "Suggest Category" to “Express Submission”.
If this can be done, then please let me know how

Add the following to the 'add url' form between the <FORM> tags:
<input type="checkbox" name="csuggestion"
value="ExpressListing">
If the box is ticket then the 'Suggested Category:' field will read: ExpressListing
