Hi,
The list is too long as the varying functionalities are huge.
Here's a short but succinct comparison :
If TurboSeek was a postage stamp, PowerSeek would be the Post Office!

You can think of PowerSeek as the second generaton Turbo Seek. It has a very large amount of extras and is probably superior to Turbo Seek in every way.
