Hi Gerrit,
Instead of looking for a banner that is not working in Banner in Group individually, how about placing a mini banner next to each banner name in the global group listing or an icon showing its still working.
The reason is that currently, if a banner fails to work the admin has to go through every banner lisiting to see if its still working.
Imagine if you have hundreds of them....
