Hi,

Is there a way I can place an include on an external page not generated by PS?

I don't know where I can generate the inlude having looked at both popular and new

I want to place an include that contains images and links

You can't place Powerseek Template Includes on external web pages. Something you can use for that though is HTML Rotate. You can find detailed info on this script here:
