PS is templates driven.

For us, for example, an ability to modify and to customize layout. If you know CGI and HTML even on beginner level, you can make your site rock.

You will find that poweseek has more features than you can imagine. After 2 years of using everyday, I still find new uses. For me to name one feature that is the best, is not an easy task without writing out a list of the coolest features. It is a huge program and worth every cent I paid.

Also the customer service is exceptional. No I don't get paid for this and I am not affiliated with powerseek, I am just letting you know what I think as a powerseek owner.

You got it right, "it seems really flexible" because it will allow you the flexibility to create the best website, directory or search engine you can imagine.

One more thing. Just a suggestion. Think big but start your website small. Owning PowerSeek is like owning a HUGE toolbox. Start with a basic website because the templates are already created for you. Then build your website/s big as you like as you become more aware how to use all its tools.
