Problem: When the number of categories grow in a Large Site, navigatng through them to add , edit, crawl for individual sites becomes a pain, to the extent of sometimes dropping the addition of a new site as it is too far away.
I tried at first to have all my topic crawl windows open at the same time, but again, too many of them ..
Solution: What I did was create a Favorites Folder in my Browser and called it PSeek, and inside it added folders for each of my individual categories, and inside those I added to favorite each of the category subcategories...
Benefit: This way I am always one click away from jumping straight into any category or subcategory, it is important to name your Favorites Categories and links in clear names.
One More: Backap your Favories Externally, it hurts if you have to re-create that structure again 
Hope this benefits those overwhelmed by categoires & gets more of you guys to share more Tips in this section, I am seeing too few of those!
