When using the spam filter feature, which incidentally, is an excellent feature!!... it still processes submissions that contain a filtered word, or domain as though there was no problem. It even sends the submitter the welcome email, so they are totally unaware that their submission has failed. The admin is also unaware of the failed submission unless he bothers to look at the filter log regularly.
This could be especially awkward if the submission was made through the premium submission system, and the submitter has actually paid straight after submission.
Can I request that in a future version of PS, there be a customizable template for submission Spam Filter errors. So that the Spam filter will actually abort the submission process, not send out a welcome email, but instead redirect them to the spam filter error page which will tell them that the submission failed and give them a reason.
For example;
----------------------------------------
Sorry but your submission has been declined for the following reason(s)
Your domain (bum.com) is on our black list
------------------------------------------
Or....
-------------------------------------------
Sorry but your submission has been declined for the following reason(s)
You included the word "buttocks" in your keywords, and that word is prohibited.
You included the word "foo foo" in your description, and that word is prohibited.
You included the word "bottom" in your title, and that word is prohibited.
-----------------------------------------------
At least then they would know that their submission has failed, and if necessary, they would be able to remove any blocked words and re submit.
Thanks
