If you're on your own server, increase the memory utilitzed by MySQL. To do this set the key_buffer, key_buffer cache, sort_buffer and read_buffer_size memory sizes. You can find out how to do this at:
http://www.mysql.com/doc/en/Server_parameters.html
If you're on a virtual host, contact your host and ask them to do it as your script are having trouble reading from your MySQL database. (Mysql returns out of memory errors)
