PowerSeek Ver 4.2.1 Now Available!

PowerSeek 4.2.1 is now available! - 13 Aug 2009

Below are the changes and new features.

The sorting of related categories when listed had a problem where the categories would not be sorted alphabetically. This bug has been fixed.

Inside the template called 'Add URL Registration Message' (rgs_msgregister.html) !!account_create!! would be replaced by the wrong URL to the registration function where users can register accounts to do new submissions. This bug has been fixed.

New clickable link options are now available from the 'New Submission Informer Email' and 'New Premium Submission Informer Email' emails. This new functionality allows you to click a link directly from the informer emails to approve or delete/decline new submissions. New installations of PowerSeek will include support for this by default. If you are upgrading PowerSeek then you will need to do the following to implement this change:

Go to the Control Panel >> Settings >> Customize Emails >>
New Submission Informer Email

Place the following inside the email message:

To approve this link and inform the user of the approval, click here:
%%approve_email%%

To approve this link without informing the user:
%%approve%%

To reject and delete this link and inform the user of this click here:
%%delete_email%%

To reject and delete this link without informing the user, click here:
%%delete%%

Go to the Control Panel >> Settings >> Customize Emails >>
New Premium Submission Informer Email

Place the following inside the email message:
