FocalMedia.Net Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
FocalMedia.Net reserves the right to deny membership to the Affiliate program at it's sole discretion. This is an agreement between you, the Affiliate, and FocalMedia.Net - By signing up as an Affiliate, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

Payments
You cannot join the affiliate program just to get a discount. In other words, we won't pay you commission on your own sales. In the event where this appears to be the case, FocalMedia.Net shall have the right to withhold commissions. FocalMedia.Net will only pay affiliates if their account has a balance of $30.00 or more. We also require a two sales minimum. This means that you need to have referred at least two sales since joining the Affiliate Program before we will pay-out. Payments are done on the 15th of every month.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Bad Checks
If a purchase is later refunded to a customer or charged back by the customer, or if a customer's check does not clear, the commission owed to the affiliate will be deducted from the next monthly payment sent to the Affiliate.

Illegal Activities and Fraud
Any attempt to undermine or hack the affiliate program will result in the affiliate's account being closed without any commission being paid to the affiliate. Any fraud against FocalMedia.Net's affiliate program will be investigated and reported the the proper authorities.

Affiliate Tracking
All tracking are being done with cookies. Cookies are set to expire within 6 months. It is not FocalMedia.Net's responsibility in the event where customers disable cookies in their browsers.

Prices
The price charged for software sold under this program will be determined by FocalMedia.Net according to our own pricing policies. Prices may vary from time to time as determined in FocalMedia.Net's sole discretion.

Prohibited Content
No website which is a member of the FocalMedia.Net Affiliate Program may display any of the following content or engage in any of the following activity: FocalMedia.Net reserves the right to immediately terminate the affiliates account without paying commissions in the event where the following content or activity is found to be present: Promotion of discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation; Promotion of illegal activities; Promotion, sale, or display of defamatory, libelous or harmful material or material that otherwise infringes upon the rights of any third parties. Promotion or sale of "warez", pirated, or illegal software; Content that is inconsistent with FocalMedia.Net's policies and/or practices; Spamming (repeated, unsolicited emails).
