5.1 Introduction
The User Manager gives you the ability to manage end-user (customers requesting support) accounts. You can edit and delete accounts as well as search for specific user accounts or view them by name. Note that end users will also be referred to as customers in this section.
5.2 Editing a User Account
To edit an end-user account go to the Control Panel >> User Manager >> Edit/Delete User Account
There are two different ways to edit a user account. The first way is if you know the actual user name of the account you want to edit. Click on the 'User Manager' tab and scroll down to the text box under 'Edit/Delete User Account'. Type the name of the account you wish to edit in the text box and select the edit option from the drop down menu next to the text box. Now simply press the 'Go' button. This will open a new window where you can change user information.

The second way to edit a user account is to click on the letter of the user's first name from the User Manager. All the names (starting with first name) will be listed with an 'edit/delete/login' link next to the names. Click the 'edit' link next to the name of the account that you would like to edit.

5.3 How to delete a user account
To delete an end-user account go to the >> User Manager >> Edit/Delete User Account
Once again there are two ways to edit this account. If you know the username of the account you wish to delete click on the 'User Manager' tab and and then scroll down to the 'Edit/Delete User Account' section. Then simply type in the full username and select the delete option in the drop down menu next to the text box. Once you press go a new window will appear asking if you are sure. If you are certain this is the account you want to delete press the 'Delete Profile and Support Messages' button. This will then remove this entire user account along with its support history. (support tickets)

The second way to delete a user account is to click on the letter of the user's first name from the User Manager. All the names (starting with first name) will be listed with an 'edit/delete/login' link next to the names. Click the 'delete' link next to the name of the account that you would like to delete.

5.4 How to log-into a user account
To Login into a user account go to the Control Panel >> User Manager >> View User Accounts >> Login
To log into a specific 'user account' simply click on the 'User Manager' tab and scroll down to the 'View User Accounts' section. Now click on the corresponding letter of the Alphabet for it to list all users in that category.

Once it has listed all the users in that category simply click on the 'login' link next to the 'user account' you wish to log into. This will then automatically log you into the user's account as if you were to log in from the website with their username and password.

5.5 How to search for a user account
To search for a user account go to the Control Panel >> User Manager >> Find a User Account
On the bottom row is the 'View User Accounts' section that lists all the users in the User Manager by the first letter of the first name. Click the letter and look for the name of the specific user. You can also search for a user using the 'Find a User Account' section. When in the 'User Manager' scroll down to the 'Find a User Account' section. In the text box type in keywords to search for. You can also narrow searches by selecting which fields are to be searched.
